Farm Credit Southeast Missouri, Central Office in Sikeston, MO, is seeking a full-time Business Analyst.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, the Business Analyst will:

  • Perform thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to grasp business needs and convert them into practical recommendations.
  • Assist in deploying new systems, processes, and initiatives.
  • Deliver end-user support and training for business applications.

Requirements:  Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrate an equivalent combination of education and experience. They should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management. A solid understanding of project management processes and best practices is essential. Proficiency in analyzing current business processes and effectively implementing improvements is required. Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and SQL for collaborative work, document management, and data analysis is also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate strong planning and coordination skills for managing projects involving multiple stakeholders. Additionally, excellent customer service abilities and clear, concise communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential attributes for this position.
